Login failed

Hello everyone. Have a maybe strange maybe default problem with logining. I was trying to log in in my account, i know the username, i know the password, i have acces to the account which ties up to username. But when i enter it all to the log in window it says "login failed". Tried to "forget password/username", it works, but i still can't login with "remembered" username and reset password.

Help someone please 🙏🏿
