How do I unlock Fps without my screen tearing

I wanted to increase my fps, but the game wants to turn off V-sync, thus resulting in tearing

Is there a way to counter act this?

Megahack physics bypass
For some reason that's considered cheating by a lot of people. Only use it on 2.1 levels.

It can't really be done without throwing a bunch of money at it. It's just how monitors/screens work.
