Inconsistent FPS on a High-End PC

This is extremely weird, it's not because the 2.2, it happens to me since I got a new pc.
When I open the game, after 3 or 4 seconds the game gets inconsistent in terms of fps,
BUT FOR SOME REASON if I open IDLE SLAYER and keeps working on background, for some reason the FPS gets good and very consistent.

Does anyone now why this happens?

My pc: NVIDIA RTX 4060 TI, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, SSD M.2 TB, 16 GB RAM DDR4

Gd is poorly optimized, and it only uses one of the several "core processors" that computers have. I thought this was going to be fixed in 2.2, but it probably wont even be changed.

For me it helped it go to the graphic settings, disable Vertical Synch and manually set the fps to 120.
