you have to apply also you have to do level requests and stuff like that mods are for helping moderation in gd and also can send levels to robtop to be rated

become friends with robtop but near impossible

delete system 32 then robtop will give you mod

Make a ton of really good levels, then ask for mod. After you think you may have mod, press the "Req." button. (I think it's in help, but it might be in account. Idk.)
