How to start Geometry Dash on second monitor?

Hello. I'm currently using a dual monitor setup with my computer (PC monitor and TV) and I have found no way to make Geometry Dash work in full screen mode on the TV - when I press full screen it always starts on my primary PC monitor, and never on my TV screen. This even though I have the Geometry Dash windows located on the TV screen.

It is possible to play the game in windowed mode on the TV though by just moving the window over, but doing so causes the game to lag and it's nearly in-playable (it works fine in full screen). Any ideas on how to fix this and make the game play in full screen on the TV without changing primary monitor settings windows settings and stuff? (Note: Full screen on the TV works fine with all my other games that support gamepads)
