Wave, Demons. Get better? Help?

I feel like I need to get better at the Wave, and to do so I have to try some hard levels with "harder" Wave gameplay.
Are there any good Demons to improve in this game mode that are NOT NINE CIRCLE levels?
I can not stand the f***ing flashy blinding light in Nine Circles level, I HATE them.

I'm getting pretty good with Easy Demons and I can try some medium demons, I've done every Weekly Demon so far. My hardest level should be Mechanical Showdown (Medium Demon - was a Weekly), i think, but I didn't feel like it was "really hard".

You got any good level? Give me some suggestions! :D
Even if not really focused on the wave, just to improve in general.

You could try InsanitY by serponge. It has a lot of wave parts and most of them are wave spamming.

You could copy nine circles levels and then go into the editor and remove the effects that cause the lights to go dark again. That would keep the gameplay but remove the flashing and make it solid instead. Just remove the second set of colour changes at the start and then the rest across the level.

I know you hate it, but they're the best levels to practice wave on

circles levels are pretty much the only levels to practice wave. though it's best to start off with easier ones like "fear me."

What's up with this Nine Circle mania? Why can't someone make a good wave level without freacking flashy effects?
