What does the C mean by the name?

I had no idea what it meant and i really want to know.

The green "c" means that the level is copied. You can go to the comment section and then click on "Original" the see the level where it's copied from. However, the original CAN get deleted and it will still say that it's copied, so if you click on original and there isn't any level, thats why. Hope i could help! :)
