Server problems

Hey everyone,

Due to some problems with DDoS attacks the servers were performing badly the last few days. Things should be better now, but if you are still having problems here are some steps you can test:

- Cant access anything online?
For some users this was fixed by switching DNS Server. Guide on how to do that here: https://1.1.1.1/dns/

- Can't see unlisted levels?
I am troubleshooting that now, seems to be a problem for some users. Update 2.2 has a much more stable system for unlisted levels. The current 2.1 system was more of a quickfix and needed some tricks to make work.

- Can view featured levels, but cant open profiles etc.
Try refresh login in game. If you cant remember your password you can change it here:
http://boomlings.com/database/accounts/accountManagement.php

- Cant backup account.
There is a maximum filesize for backups. Try deleting some created levels if you have a lot.
Error code -5 means login failed. Try refresh login.

Write here if there is anything else and I will take a look.

i just bought it yesterday and i have the same problem, i think i'd be great if they fix that too, otherwise a lot of people won't be able to play the game through their pc.

Here's a little step by step:
Open your Steam Library.
Right-click the game, and then click Properties.
Click the Local Files tab.
Click Verify Integrity of Game Files to perform the repair installation.

Fix your game, half a year now and I cant launch the game, you dont answer me when I contact you, nothing working to fix this problem, the game just say launching for a few seconds, then goes back to start. Bad company bad contact.
