Hardest Easy Demon?

I've beaten 11 easy demons and I want to start moving on to medium ones. I wanna do 1 more easy demon before I do so. Any ones that stand out in difficulty?

Sidestep. it's a medium demon but it's one of the easiest medium demons, I would consider it a borderline easy demon.

and i know more than 3 people already said this but Sidestep is an easy demon that smh got medium demon. It's easy demon IMO tho.
