OBS lagging my game while recording.

While im recording gd using obs, i started lagging a lot. idk its because of the background apps or my laptop which is lagging it. how to fix obs lagging gd

change around the obs settings and have less apps working in the background (use task manager)

Try using Display Capture instead. I was using game capture at first and my game had extreme lag spikes and crashed after 30 seconds of launching, but when I switched to display capture it worked fine
