GD Hacks Cant Find GD. What do I do?

So, hacks such as noclip and pretty much everything else cant "find GD". Most of which saying "Waiting for Geometry Dash". I've tried reinstalling the game a few times but with no solution. Any help would be appreciated :)

Make sure the program is running as an administrator. I had this problem too but couldn't find anything, just had to fiddle with stuff to find the fix. Also i dont know what everyone is on about getting banned, it really doesnt matter. You still get to play the game like normal, its just that your not included on leaderboards.

tried running in administrator mode, mega hack and other hacks still cant find gd.

if i cant find a solution im just gonna have to wait until i get my new pc in around 3-4 months lmao

got the hacks working. Just had to take it out of compatibility mode and were good now :)

Also there is ignore damage in the editor. You can test there :)

i know that but the physics in the editor are different compared to actually in the level especially with duals. I also want to use the hacks to regain part of the 800 hours progress i lost a couple months ago

create a copy of the level then go to the editor press settings (top right) press ignore damage in the bottom left corner and then playtest. boom done :/

Well it seems people find it easier to hack. Hacks can be used for a multitude of things, like copying un-copyable levels to practice, FPS Bypass which the demon list moderators recently made legal, Free Window Resize which is self explanatory, small things like No Rotation or No Transition + way more. Hacks are completely legal in GD, as long as you don't use things like noclip or speed hacks, which this guy isn't using.

A lot of people don't seem to know that having a hacked client isn't out of the ordinary. i can name countless youtubers who use hacks, like toshdeluxe (often uses hacks to showcase an impossible level, like death corridor.) or aeonair who often used speed hacks blatantly on stream to test something in a level. or even evw; if a there is a level that's impossible on 240hz (Hi by krmal) evw would have used a noclip, or something on those lines, to beat the actual demon once he has beaten the 240hz fix version. as long as you don't use them maliciously its generally accepted. i know I'm necroing this thread for a reason i thought shouldn't really needed to be talked about - its common sense. but i think its necessary, concidering this subject I'm mentioning has no date where its relevant or not.

latest megahack works perfectly. It doesnt work if you dont have the correct vcredist stuff installed.

for me it says it couldnt bind gd. Therefore it still cant find GD

launch GD first if you havent tried that
