Controller not working on gd only

My controller will not work on geometry dash, but it works fin in undertale. Could I get some help? I am using a PS4 controller.

I use an Xbox one x or s whatever controller. Works fine.

I already have a ps4 controller, which i highly prefer than an xbox controller

I had same problem with gd and gta so just download inputmapper create profile xbox and set it as active one
