Yes, a few extra things such as cubes but there is also easier level editor, and depending on the pc, NO LAG!!! Don't crash your phone! Upgrade to pc!

Its your choice. For me creating levels are easier on mobile, but completing levels on pc. I didnt get it on steam because I am poor, but I'll get it sometime.
My advice - yes, if you like completing levels and if you're phone sucks as hell.

It depends... If you want to become a good player I recommend you to buy the game on PC. Also when you will become good enough at GD (or if you already are) I will also suggest a 144 Hz monitor. It will help you a lot at beating difficult demons. Now if you want to become a moderator or play easy levels but a lot of decorations I will also suggest you to buy the game on PC (only if you have a PC with higher performance than your phone). But if you want to be a level creator I will recommend you to keep your money and play GD on mobile. I Hope this will help you to take a decision. ( ﾟ▽ﾟ)/

PC is probably a better experience overall, but not worth if you already have the game on your phone, not worth buying a PC just for Geometry Dash lol

If you liked making levels and releasing them to the public, sure why not. On PC level making is a lot easier. Otherwise it's just the same game

If you are looking to improve your skill and try out new things, then PC will definitely be an upgrade. You should look to getting a 144 hz monitor if you plan on beating hard levels, or you could use the fps bypass to save hundreds of dollars.
The ui is a lot easier to manage and obviously the game is a lot easier to play and more consistent when on PC.
Therefore, my advice is , yes, buy the game on steam. After all, it's only about $4.00
