Account not syncing

Seen other threads about this, but they are pretty much inactive now so starting another. Basically the idea is that after logging out and then back into your account, pressing the load button to load your data from the cloud returns the error message "Sync failed. Try again later." Had this happen with my old account, had to make a new one, and same thing happened here. In one thread I saw about this problem Rob himself came to the guy's aid, so hopefully the same thing can happen here. This would help out a lot considering my old account had 800+ hours and 60+ demons. Weird thing is, when I check my accounts out on the leaderboard, everything is fine. So I know the data is saved to the cloud somewhere, it just isn't loading into the game.

try deleting old levels and songs you dont use or need, it worked for me

already deleted all my files and reinstalled, including levels and songs
unless you mean levels and songs that are tied to my account? i don't know how i would access them but that might be part of the problem

Help me too please, i tried evrything else, deleting levels, online levels etc, i relogged like 5 times, but it didnt work either. always just: Sync failed try again later. Help me :( (acc:Moppel300)

I think i've deduced the problem
if you never saved your account, there's nothing to load
So realistically it's my fault but Rob could've made it an easier thing to see
