When I start up the game, my mouse won't show up. Can someone help me please?

I fixed this by closing OBS, check if you have that running. If not, it may be another program.
(I've head that Nvidia Geforce Experience's overlay can also cause cursor problems, but I personally have never encountered any)

Yes this fixed it for me! I had streamlabs open and was preventing my windows cursor from being seen in fullscreen.

I’ve got mouse trails off and i’ve got “Show Cursor In-Game” ticked in options, but I still can’t see my cursor in game. It was working yesterday after I closed other applications but now the problem is back

Check if you have OBS Studio open. If yes, close it and your mouse should come up. That's was the the answer when my mouse wasn't showing.
