Motion Blur.

When playing this game on my monitor, there is a huge amount of motion blur. I've searched and searched for a solution, but alas, still have this problem.

People have said that this is caused by monitors being over 1ms in respose time, as it is a "fast" game. This seems to be incorrect. Most mobile phones, as well as touch screen laptops, which have far higher response times, never get motion blur (Probably because of the IPS panels). Not to mention, that monitors with AMA (Which is meant to make response time smaller) increase the motion blur amount.

People have suggested that enabling Smooth Fix and V-Sync gets rid of the motion blur, to which I disagree. V-Sync doesn't effect motion blur at all, and simply prevents tearing and stuttering. Smooth fix also has no effect either, with motion blur being the same with it on or off (I'm not even really sure what Smooth Fix does TBH, because it being on or off doesn't affect my performance or anything).

So is there actually any way to fix this, or is the game just flawed and a bad PC port?

(BTW, this is the only game in my entire existance that has ever had this. No other PC games, even 2D side-scrolling platformers, have this motion blur effect).
