Lag spikes (tiny stutters) on a good PC

My PC has a i5-7500 processor, gtx 1060 and 8GB RAM. GD is installed on my SSD but Overwatch which is also installed on my SSD has no problems at all..

I am not sure if the problem is in my GD settings, my drivers or my pc components itself... I have updated GeForce Experience multiple times in the past 2 weeks but that didn't solve it

Please help me..
