I don't just know a hacking tool, i know THE hacking tool! https://www.cheatengine.org (as far as i know, you have to be on computer to use this tool efficiently)

Hacking the game is not bad, when it begins to be bad, its when you use them to your advantages, like verification and pretending to be good at the game, so i rocommend you to use mega hack or absolute noclip hack (:
