Geometry Dash freezes randomly on levels

In the past couple of days, geometry dash has started to freeze up when I'm in the middle of playing a level. When it freezes, the song continues to play but nothing is moving.

My specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700 (not overclockable)
GPU: GTX 750 Ti (2 GB of GDDR5)
PSU: Internal 300 watt
Motherboard: Odense2-S
RAM: 16 GB DDR4
Storage: 1 TB 7200 RPM

I can't find any errors in event viewer, although the issue could be an information event. Tell me the name of it and I'll try to find it if that might be the issue.
