Decoration and Buffer

I'm making a level for the first time and I have no idea how to do the cool decorations or how to make a hard level or if something is too trollish. Can I get some assistance? A decorator and someone who can buff the level? You will be credited in the description and at the end of the level.

you have to post the level really quick and then after i copy it delete it but hold on

well ill finish making the level then you can decorate the entire thing, (and buff it if you want), and then we get someone to verify it. U seem good for the challenge.
