GD keeps crashing when I start it (SOLVED)

Everytime i try to launch it from the folder or the steam library, it keeps saying that Geometry Dash has stopped working. Heres the error

i did most of it yesterday because i read about it online and i did the remaining ones with no result. im 80 percent sure its because of my libcocos2d dll file, but i have no way of actually fixing it

It's fixed for him now. It was in the guide. He deleted his monitor settings and refreshed. It's in the guide above.

Thanks, the guide helped. Step, I just renmaed the save file, and the game started to run again.
