How do I get money for games?

I am new to Steam. I am 13 and I want Games. My parents bought me this and I want my dads credit card to play CS. Does anyone know how to trace the credit card number or in general how to get money. I have money IRL but dont get the chance to spend it on Steam gift cards. What do I do?

Tell your parents you want to buy a game for a certain price. Give them the money you have and use PayPal or their card to buy it.
