GD capped at 30fps

Hello!

So it seems there's a problem I'm facing with GD & NVIDIA. I don't know why, but GD runs at a max of 30fps only when I run it on my NVIDIA GPU. I even conducted a compatibility test[pastebin.com] between GD & NVIDIA. Please help me!

Laptop specs:
Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming 7567(Windows 10)
CPU: Intel Core i5-7300HQ 2.5 GHz 4GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4GB

P.S: I know the easiest fix is to switch to integrated graphics a.k.a Intel, but using it causes Game Bar & Shadowplay to disable itself when playing GD.

this is also for my pc too, it has a i5 7300U 3 gb vram integrated graphics and 8 gb ddr4 2 slot
