My GD Data Won't Save Or Load!

ive been trying for 3 months but it still shows an error whenever i try to load or save my data. pls help because i want to play on pc

i had the same problem and this worked, also go into saved levels and press delete all, i find this help (Its does NOT delete level progress eg. i got 28% on Bloodbath i press delete all i still have 28% on bloodbath oh and dont be afraid to refresh data it font delete data)

I have the same problem. Do I delete them on my account or on the account thing im currently on, with no progress. If i delete them on my actual account, how do I get to them if I have no devices on that account and it wont sync. I am on mobile though.

I deleted ALL of my created levels, saved levels, saved songs, then refreshed my login. I even deleted some files on my computer just in case. It still doesn't word :(

Same. I am able sign into my account but my data and level progress and stuff like that. Everything is gone but my username. My user is ParalyzedPotato

funny...i got the same thing not to long ago...i think your best bet is to do one of the two:
1. restart steam. maybe steam has an update?
2. restart your pc. most games return to normal for me when i restart my pc...

I have this issue on mobile as well with a ton of other issues with connecting to my profile being able to view and communicate with it. I barely have any levels saved or anything, so I'm not sure why it won't back up the data.

If none of this works, it's your firewall blocking the cloud. Ask your parents for help.

They should be fixing this issue in 2.2, which should be coming December 2020, which is in a month from now, so we should just be patient.
