How good is the local co-op?
My niece and nephew love co-op games, but finding child friendly titles can be a bit hard to do. How good is the co-op in this?

And since there's currently no reviews, how good is the game itself? I'm hoping that this is a good, well thought out title that will actually make some good use of the properties. I'm not expecting Kingdom Hearts levels of production quality, but I'm hoping that this is better than most kids games these days.

I actually have this game for the Playstation 2, so I doubt it's any different from the PC version. Anyway, I bought it for my neice and the co-op is a blast. Basically, you and your co-op partner can customize your own character (pick different skin tone, hair styles, crowns, dresses, etc.). You, then, have to travel to different dimensions of the Disney Princesses and save their realms (Cinderella's, Snow White's, Ariel's, etc.) from evil. The gameplay revolves around you and your co-op partner wandering around the world and fighting off evil creatures (using your magical wands); once the monsters are destroyed they disappear into a gas cloud (so, it's obviously not violent). Throughout the journey to save the realms, there are various puzzles along the way you can solve to unlock secrets. There's an unlockable dress at the end of the game if you're able to find the secret stuff. It's unfortunate that I know all of this for a Disney Princess game, but I beat it with my niece lol, so it's for a good cause!!

Conclusion: This game is pretty fun the first time, but I found no replay value in it. But perhaps your niece and nephew will find replay value in it; my niece certainly did because there's FREE ROAMING in this game and due to the fact that she's a Disney fan.

Dojo Master, Thanks to your description I might actually get this game for myself to speedrun. I already speedrun Hello Kitty's Flower Shop, so why the heck not? (Also, no shame in knowing about the game. I'd think it more weird if you knew the ins and outs of some generic, poorly designed piece of crap.)

Have you figured out how you get a second player in the game?

Turns out there is no local coop. From Disney's Support:

Hello there! It looks like there was a mistake with this game on Steam as it does not have, or support local co-op play. We will be contacting Steam so we could correct this confusion very soon.

If you seek a refund for this purchase, as it does not have local co-op, you will have to contact the Steam team.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

How did you get in touch with them? There are a couple of other issues I'd like to mention to them.
