Remember creatures positions during combat

Hello,

Overall I like the game. Is fun.
But this semi-ruins my experience.

Is there any way to make the game remember units positions at the start of the combat?
The default setup chosen by the game is in 90% of the cases... let's put it lightly and say "wrong".

In heroes 6 for example (that is also under ubi umbrella) after you were setting up your lineup in a combat, in the next one the cretures were set up the same. That was saving a lot of time.

Now the creatures are just randomed around the available area and every combat I need to move the archers that are somewhere towards the middle (why, why is this the default setting????) in a corner. Move my dragons from near a corner to the middle, etc.

Jop, pretty annoying.
Seems like the game remember your last position ... until you buy new units or something.
Then you have to redo your unit postions.
That annoyed me already 6 months ago ;-(
