Fix for "Windows cannot find bin/SteamService.exe"
find the command prompt for windows. right click it and run as administrator

now type in the following (including the quotation marks)

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair

and hit enter

It should be doing something for a while now (depending on how broken your steamservice is).
Once it says your steamservice has been repaired, you should be good to go. Close the command prompt and re-run the game.

There is a easier fix too.

Right click a game, and verify install.

Steam will the automatically download missing EXE and other missing files.

No problem. This fixes any game install with missing files. :)
Easier than using a command prompt.

1.) Right Click game
2.) Click Local Files Tab
3.) Click on Verify Integrity of files
