Heroes VII launch issue
I can't launch the game. It worked the first day, then stopped working. The Trial by Fire add on will play. Ubisoft support has been totally useless for 3 weeks now. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I get that with every new installation.

First, make sure you're running full compatibility mode even if it worked before without it.
If you had it on then you'll have to look for the file "comdlg32.dll" on your OS instalation drive and then https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3a8LaIME66M#t=16s

The TRIAL BY FIRE expansion will launch. The HEROES 3 HD game will launch, but the mail Heroes VII game will not. Ubisoft is a bunch of idiots. They keep asking me the same thing. The main game "did" launch for the first day or 2, but now it will not. I get an error message about not being able to authenticate something.

When I click on the SUPPORT CASE link it takes me to Ubi. These are the same idiots I've been dealing with for a month! They're obviously NOT going to fix it. Now, they even think I'm lying about the purchase, because they want a copy of the receipt. I sent it, but I guess it's a bit cropped, because I have 2 screens, so they think I'm lying about it.

You have everything you need, you just don't want to help, or you're too stupid. I will just remember to never use anything Associated with Ubisoft.
