1. Black screen if i run as admin and in compatibility 8 or 7 mode. Must do ctrl+alt+delete to get out.
2."Warning Read before playing" screen if i run only as admin. Mouse is available and once i click it says "Might & Magic Heroes VII is not responding" Close the program wait for program to respond
I have tried multiple combinations of Starting in steam/starting in ubisoft/browsing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Might & Magic Heroes VII\Binaries\Win64 and clicking the .exe
I too have a 5950x and running on win 10. With a MSI geforce RTX 3070ti
I'm sorry to hear your game isn't working for both of you. I know it sounds weird to do, but you could try setting your CPU to only use 4 cores by disabling 4 and then see if this makes an improvement to it. You can do this by going to Start > Run > msconfig > Boot tab > Advanced options > Number of Processors and tick the box for the number of processors and select how many to use.

Sorry to hear that you continue to have trouble despite following the steps UbiFroggard mentioned.
A this persists for you it would be really beneficial to take a look at your Dxdiag[support.ubisoft.com] and Msinfo[support.ubisoft.com] so that we can get a deeper look at the problem.
These files can be attached to a new case[support.ubi.com] so that we can take a look.
Any trouble just let us know

Put the UBISOFT LAUNCHER in "OFFLINE" mode and restart the launcher, now the game starts without problems, but of course in offline mode without the cloud, etc...
Some time ago I contacted official support, and after about 7 emails with tests and more tests, we did not reach any solution, everything was blamed on something in the operating system or my steam, etc, etc.
Developers please, I am giving you the solution, you just have to see why the game does not work when the "ubisoft launcher" is in ONLINE mode.
Hey! Thank you for your reply and letting us know that offline mode resolved this for you.
We will pass this information on.
Hey! Brilliant to hear that this worked for you! If you need anything else please get back in touch.
Thank you.

Please check why this game doesn't work if your launcher is in online mode
Thanks
Hey,
We understand this isn't the best solution and ideally it should work without having to do this. We'll let players know if we hear of any news to update this.
- Ubisoft Support
Are there any updates to fix this? I really would like to play the online mode
Thanks for the updates, glad to see going Offline lets you launch the game as a workaround.
Please refer to Ubi-Wheelyduck's post above to contact us with your system files so we can investigate the cause further.
Thank you!

How silly this is really...I don't want to go through all "this and that" and I don't really have patience nor I want to spend time trying to fix it. Instead, you might pay someone to fix it and I'll do my part, pay for game that works. How about that?
I understand it is a lot to ask for you to contact us and send across system files. As far as we're aware, this isn't a problem that is widespread - because of this, we can infer that it happens only on specific systems, in specific circumstances. While all our games go through rigorous QA processes, we can never test our games on every system configuration, and in every circumstance. As such, if an error occurs for multiple people, the only way for us to solve the issue to is figure out what those people's systems have in common - and the best way for us to do that is with some information files from those systems[ubi.li]. If players are able to help us with that process, it really speeds up the investigation. It's like a 'help us to help you' sort of situation.
That said, I appreciate the reports and workarounds already shared by yourself and other players in this thread - that is already a huge help.
Let me know if I can clarify this situation further.
