Worth it, if mostly a single player gamer?

Since the game has come on sale, is it worth buying if I'm only really interested in the single player?

I hear it's broken. The game crashes every 5 minutes in SP and that the devs stopped fixing it, while still broken.

The games work perfectly fine for me in single player and hot seat. I don't have any issues running the game. There are still bugs but you can do a little more reading in this forum to decide if those bugs are a deal breaker or not for you.

I finished the sp campaign without problems, non-steam version....

Only thing I didn't like was the game was easy most of the time
... even on hard difficulty ...

This game is a great failure in all aspects IMHO. I just deleted it from my PC. Don't spend your time and money for it.

games works fine for me, if u like hereos of might and Magic, ull probably love it, there are also some mods for the game, multiplayer doesnt work beside hotseat and there are a few Bugs but beside that is good experience and fun, the AI isnt that challenging as well but dont regret buying it, playing the Scenarios and campaigns is worth it, i also like playing hotseat against myself for a challenge

The opinions differ quite a lot :D It's like 50:50 as youcan see from the Steam reviews.

However, it's not true than it crashes in singleplayer. In MP maybe.

It's worth it on sale, ofcourse if you are a fan of HoMM franchise. Campaign missions tend to be very hard and very easy even on hard, depends on the mission. Multiplayer is not good which is only bad thing for me but i played couple of match ups without desync and that's probably luck :D Overall a decent HoMM game, it has bugs but i don't find them game breaking.

I bought it yesterday. 7 hours played and no crashes or obvious bugs.

Single player campaign only.

i am mostly a SP gamer for the HOMM franchise, in this version i havent found any bugs or crashes, i have to admit is far easier that HOMM 3 but i think its fine since i dont want to play for more than 4 hours now.
