As a visual novel game, how long does it take to beat/complete it?

Just looking at the screen I'm very excited to get home tonight and try it out but I'm just curious how long the game is.

It's not incredibly long. It should run you about 4-6 hours.

Its completely free and you can download it in under a minute and see for yourself.

Haven't finished it yet. But impressed so far at the quality of it. And certainly can't complain I didn't get my money's worth.

I was very impressed first time playing it.
it's not often you see a cool female protagonist in a visual novel, and most of the rest of the cast is pretty interesting too.

short but sweet, I'd say!

I complete almost all the ending, in around 4-5 hours. The journey was worth it. Not many games manage to evoke great emotion in a free-to-play game. Even more, in a Visual Novel format! (I like playing visual novel games)

What's more is the clever dialogue. I don't feel they are paper thin at all. I feel like they are real and alive and I can see the developer put much care into the script. (which is the main point of visual novel games but not a lot of em is executed properly)

I definitely will buy the sequel if it came out :3

Will this game go on Steam?

Right now, we are holding out for the proposed Steam storefronts to roll out before the game is released. If it doesn't, we are prepared to go with greenlight. All backers at Flight Officer and above will get keys when this happens.

Can you tell me how many word contain in this VN? I'm curious.
K. Tsuku  [developer] Sep 13, 2014 @ 10:06am
Final wordcount was around 85,000.

Thanks for the info :) And wow! Was that really 80k words in the VN? When I was playing it, it went by so fast. I guess it's just that I've read longer ones lol.

It's not as much as you think. For example CLANNAD is 1.290.000 words long.

Took me about 5 hours to complete. The sixth hour I have logged was the time I spent checking some stuff while I worked on an error report. Definitely worth the time I spent playing through it and I've just backed the kickstarter. Alas, it's looking grim for the sequel kickstarter as there are only five days to go with just over $800 (1/5 of the total goal) remaining. =(

The possibility of a Faye route was what sold me. XD
