Saving Faye

Why does sparing Stan result in Faybe surviving to get treated by the doctors while shooting him doesn't have that? I doubt that he would try to treat her and the others wouldn't let him near her anyways.

Faye is alive in both results. Natalie believes that Faye is going to die and Stan's actions are what is going to turn out to be the cause of her inevitable death, hence why she says she is avenging Faye.

Faye is going into the next game in incredibly rough shape and depending on what happens, Natalie's assessment may be right...
