However, with each new race, the amount of animation work required increases dramatically, especially if the goal is for all class combinations to be playable across every race and gender in the game. The animation quality they've shown so far is impressive, but it makes me wonder how they'll manage adding more races without having to lock certain classes to specific ones. Hopefully, the devs will strike a clever balance without sacrificing variety or player freedom.
I think we should give the devs more time to reveal the rest of the races for the classes they've shown so far. As mentioned before, we've seen male blue-skinned humanoids, but we still need female versions, along with male elves and female berzerker guys. I actually like these blue-skinned humanoid types because they add variety without necessarily needing unique animations like the Firrans might. Let’s hope they continue rolling out the content without rushing or compromising on quality.
tl;dr
no catwife
Eh, it's still possible.
I hope for catwife as well, just one that can die by my hands :3
