Will it be possible to create a private server and play only with friends?

Uh no, mmos cost millions to make they arent going to allow for private servers are you delulu

yes and they will be under constant threat of being shut down and are illegal. If a game has private servers they originated from stolen/reverse engineered code often from a data breach. No sane developer is going to provide the ability to people to create private servers unless the game is closing forever and the developer decides to make the game open source which has happened at least once in mmo history!
