Report a translation problem
1. State that it's a mod and not an actual enhanced edition.
2. This is not why people want Enhanced Editions, the main reason for them is functionality with modern OS and a touch up in terms of graphics.
This mod changes a LOT of content of the original game.

However, clearing a few point with the reply from Incantus. The "IWD Complete" (the original, found in GoG) from Black Isle and this game IWD: Enhanced Edition from Beamdog (they did hire some well-known guys from the modding community.), are different, changing a lot from the original game too. So this game, IWD EE, can consider a mod of IWD Complete, because add a new race, new classes, spells, new kits, new items, etc. Creating an unbalance game.
