Help me please, what Paladin stats are important from these:

Cha affects some dialogue options and grants some store discount at higher values, but beyond that it has no impact. Neither does Int, besides some very few dialogues (which you can have your Wizard handle). Wisdom has no effect for Paladins + Rangers with their spellcasting, Clerics and Druids gain extra spellslots from high Wis score.

In short, focus on physical stats and put remaining points in to Charisma.

Does any stat affect the "Turn Undead" ability?

No, turn undead is based solely on level.

Thanks, hence Paladin really doesn't need any points in last 3 mental stats. It's quite embarrasing, I've always been putting some points in these.
just str, dex and health

Unless you have a mod changing it, the character generating rolls will always roll a 17 (minimum needed) or an 18 for a paladin, since you have to select your class before rolling your stats. The game will not allow you to drop a stat below the minimum.

Good point mate, that explains why I don't need to regreat having a high Charisma and having a good rolls with Paladin, because there is no choise
