Caldum Oilwater - Artisan's District - 593

How do you get into this house? It is located in the NW corner of the Artisan district in Dorn's Deep. The map shows that it is traversable but it is not. It just looks like a boarded up house, like all the others, but it has a sign in front of it giving you the name and address.

Anyone have any idea how to explore those two homes?

Those two houses are related to Durdel Anatha and the Pale Justice +4 long sword. The entrance remains barred until you have retrieved the bones of Durdel Anatha.
