Problems with multiplayer

Hi, just bought this game and I and my friends are unable to connect to the multiplayer. We cannot even see servers or anything. Any ideas? Thanks!

I mean, if you're actually using LAN to the definition (I.E. no 3rd party program like Hamachi) you should just have to:
1) Host LAN game
2) Press "Direct Connect" on Laptop

We cant connect thrtough Hamachi at all. Beamdog servers work, but saves crash the game. Maybe you now the way to fix it?

All I'm doing to get Hamachi running&working for IWD&BG is as follows:
1) Both users open Hamachi
2) Both register accounts
3) One user "Creates a new network" (setup password)
4) Other user "Join Existing Network" (type in Network name&password you setup)
5) Host of network starts up&hosts BG/IWD game
6) Connected network user goes to MP, "Direct Connect," and types in the IPv4 presented on the Hamachi screen

It was fixed yesterday. I have just checked - everything works: creating a game, joining that game.

It's still not working. Trying to join my brothers game and it still says 'waiting for information from server.'.

Yea, my buddy&I had the same issue last night, mean while we saw a ton of games up&running

For now we've chosen to remain on a direct connection via Hamachi (or other similar 3rd party apps you know&trust)

After hitting multiplayer button, it gets stuck saying "Finding the network devices for this host..." for about 1 min. Then says "Cannot connect to game session." It was working yesterday just fine. Confirmed on two different computers.

How does Hamachi work? I've seen a lot of people that look like they're playing but maybe they aren't.
Maybe I should uninstall and install the game?

In my case, me and three other friends could join, but our fifth member could not join, he was seeing our game on the list, but when he tried to conect it was saying "waiting for information from the server" too

How does Hamachi work?

It's just a direct connection to another persons PC via internet but acts as if it were LAN
