early game, you want to use the exit warps for quickly retrieving the acid and entering courtyard. you also want to skip picking up the map at all
the valve code is always the same MLRMR so no need to check the note.
otherwise it's tough, as far as I know the hammer code is always dynamic and virtually unguessable, AND you cant reveal the hammer chalkboard without the archives VHS tape
honestly, I am skeptical that current S rank is reasonably doable without the infinite stamina and friendly monster cheats on. I only got S with those on, and it was like 9m55s.. It might be possible without cheats? the 10 minute requirement was made before the new hammer puzzle added runtime. the final sequence also used to let you open entrance hallway much faster, but it's now taped up and forces you to run the school perimeter one last time, which also adds runtime

Thanks so much again! ^-^
Using this strategy the fastest time I've achieved is 9:37. Massive props to anyone who completed without this skip, cause it couldn't be me 😂 I've tried. I hope this helps!
