Haneko attempting to stand up in cutscene for the phone explosion
Haneko with coin leaving through the fence, double softlocks one before getting up and one after standing up leaving the cutscene on
Coin -> Vending machine
Through my many attempts of playing around the intro I found a few minor bugs:
- Running backwards towards some doors with Haneko playing the opening animation will have her positioned incorrectly when closing it behind her.
- Rarely when stepping into the area with the van, the camera will force itself into the Supply room despite Haneko not being there. I had it happen twice. The first time as soon as I stepped forward the camera stayed in the Supply room until I reached the Restroom where the camera moved. The second happened for a very brief second while running toward the van / crates.
- You can use the bins to accidentally get on top of the dumpster and rock hill near the vending machines, couple of rooms in the school also have this weird prop issue that I encountered on my first playthrough.
- Aside from the dialogue bug during the first earthquake, which blocks the cutscene (especially in Italian) and doesn't allow you to resume the game.
- There's also the mouse pointer, which appears in the screens from time to time, even if you use the controller.
It's not a bug, but it would be nice if it wasn't there.
- I also recommend setting the B button on the controller to look back, just like the ITCH version.
It's more comfortable than the analog stick, especially when you're running away.
no idea what caused this, other than the game being closed. i did use alt+f4? perhaps that had something to do with it?
Another one is when I smash the button too fast during the phone explode cutscene, character will just sit on the ground and the game hard lock there since any button won't work until I alt+f4, the game still has sound and effect going on so it's not a game freeze I think.
