Can't play online! :(

Devs please develop your game to the point where it is playable, ik its only in early acess but cmon, it should atleast have online features since this is mainly online.

Hi. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Online play is fully active and there are matches happening right now.

Once you've gone through the tutorial and earned the match licence, it should just be a case of clicking Play->Match->Find Solo Match in the launcher. Please let me know if this isn't working and/or you see any error messages.

It says "Your client has refused all offered game servers."

ok, so that error message appears when the launcher cannot find any server with an acceptable ping (a ping less than the limit defined in the advanced options). I can't explain the crash you are seeing. I haven't seen anything pop up on our crash reporter, so we'll have to look at this manually.

Could you please find your most recent launcher log file and send it to [e-mail]?

Launcher log files are found in your steam folder. Usually C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\supraball\
They are named like this: launcher.yyyy-mm-dd.log

Also, if there are any files in the folder: steamapps\common\Supraball\launcher\crashdump please also send them to the same address.

Hi, i try the match making and every time i start a match it doesn't enter me, and if i press rejoin it doesn't work.
