The game doesn't save graphics configuration.
As said in the title game doesn't save configuration so i always have to change resolution because it loads default values. Game is playable and it saves progress normally. What can I do with this? I've tried to change it manually in hardware settings config but nope it still loads default values. :(
My pc:
Win 8.1 x64
Intel Core i5-3210M 4x2.50 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GT 635M, + Intel HD Graphics 4000
(my display resolution 1600x900, default game resolution 1280x720)
8GB RAM
Please help.

Seems like safemode is activated. Check your Documents\My Games\Dirt 3\hardware settings xml for any trace of "safemode"

Well to be honest my problem no longer occurs. Maybe because I switched to fresh installation of windows 10. But your comment might help others. So thanks for your support I guess.
