DIRT 3 - reset settings?

Hey, have a problem with video settings! When i launch first, setup to ultra every details cause i have good hrdw, but any was wrong.. Now when i launch can see just choice my local profil choose and after green screen, no menu, no any.. just a green screen.

With command file i can edit a grafic settings, but can't to save it.. it's not possible

Know anybody how to fix a basic / default settings the game?
