do you know what actually caused this problem?
the github description says something about telemetry output enabled (e.g. for motion, SimVibe, etc) what does that even mean? i dont think i have those programs mentioned installed on my pc

this is the link that appears to help, but i found the real solution, without installing any app and just changing one simple thing (but first, i have to say that my english sucks LOL)
the page say you have to enter on this directory:
"C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\DiRT3\hardwaresettings/hardware_settings_config.xml"
and change the
motion enabled="" to "true"
but it would´nt work, you have to check that is written this way:
motion enabled="false"
you have to change the "true" for "false" it will fix the problem, easy, hope it will help :)
