How to remove the glowing/bloom effect through out the entire game?

I did not find an option to turn this effect off.

I tried to set it to low, but still glows/booms everywhere, especially at night. you can try it yourself.

I want a clean-cut screen like shift 2 unleashed, or richard burns rally.

This booming/glowing effect really makes the race more difficult, because i can not see clearly due to the booming / glowing part of the objects.I just want to let the items in the game be displayed as they should be, removing all the glowing/booming part around them.

I think you could set "postprocess quality" to 0 in the file "hardware_settings_config.xml" found in "My documents\My games\Dirt 3\hardwaresettings". However this also made the game very dark, at least it did in Dirt 2.

Of course no, it's just a graphics setting, just like changing resolution or turning off shadows. Not to mention I don't think there is any anit-cheat system in this game.

In real, an object will not glow like in this game. I think you may not understand what I meant for the glowing/booming effect in this game. If you have cities in motion, you can try to turn on/off Boom, and you will know what i meant.
