Dirt 3 doesn't work on Windows 10

I tried everything: OpenAL, restarting PC, etc.
If I don't find an answer I'm downgrading to Windows 7 :P

Im on win10 its working fine. Try to reinstall win10. Format your pc. Maybe vga driver are on conflict.

windows 10 is really bad besides dirt 3 experience anyway
minecraft is so laggy with windows 10 i only get 30 fps instead of my normal 60 fps on windows 7

No Windows 10 is not really bad your install was really bad, you should get better performance with Windows 10 not worse if you get the same or worse performance than win 7 then something is seriously wrong.
