16/12/22 I made my first attempt to play yesterday and realized the error.
I am very shocked and sad.
I HOG over 90 on steam and this is the first time I've ever done this.
I googled for a solution to this problem.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game 3 times, deleting the download cache, restarting steam, rebooting the computer, changing country/region, integrity check, etc.
But the file itself is not in the download folder. only 0B.
Looking at the steam reviews, other Koreans have already enjoyed it. I'm not the only one.
I don't think this is a bug.
I hate to say this, but if it doesn't work out, it's a scam.
I bought something, but only the packaging came. I can not believe it.

I want to enjoy it, but I don't want to download it illegally.
