Broken HB in laboratory

evidently, if you do things in a certain way in the games HB scenes, you can put it in a state where you can't finish the scene. This problem dates back to 2015 and look, it still is a problem. go here for my English translation of the German fix

I have this issue with the shield puzzle in the bank manager's office. I have Win 10 but am not familiar with computers and cannot find the file you suggested be found (win10 - C:\Users\"yourusername"\AppData\Roaming\URSE Games\Questerium - Sinister Trinity\CE\Players\1). I typed in this file name in my search bar and got nothing found.

Would you be able to state step by step how you find this file? I usually try to find files by looking at the drive (steam files are on D on my computer) and then drilling down through folders.

I did try deleting and reinstalling but this was useless. Cloud saving means I am still stuck at the same area and the reset button will not work and skip does not work either.
