If you hit menu during game or before you create one, you will see a rules button. Just select the expansion on the left and you will see the rules for the set. Each set adds maybe 1 or 2 new things to the game.
If you didn't mean 'rules for the game', but 'rules for using expansions'.. the first part still applies. It doesn't matter which you use or what combos. Whatever makes your games fun. But using in couples seems best. I started with the base set and the 1st 2 expansions, then added 2 more every few games as I got used to the cards. If I play with more or all of the sets, I will up the victory points to 75 or 100 since there are over 1000 cards in the deck and it ends just as you are getting going.
I thought that exist any rules for mix in expansions. For example "You should use one, two or maximum three expansions together".

If i good understood we have:
- CotG + RotF
- SoS + IH
- RoV + DU
- RU + DoC
- DS + DLRM + DLV
- VotA
- WoS
- GotE
Promos cards can be mix in with any expansions but the best solution is 2 expansions together and a maximum of 1-2 promos.
Freemium (mobile) players also get RotF free now, too.
Now hold on a second--it may be far away in release date, but GotE is the return of Events. Elemental Adept and Temple Guardian will work with Dhartha's Trial.
GotE also has a unique combo potential with RotF, since Samael the Fallen can turn all of those junk Monsters into pure power, and you can reunite Samael and Xeron after so many years (and they actually work together!).
I would even say GotE might have universal deck-mixing appeal, but I need to experiment with it a little more.
I do also want to point out real fast that Promo 6 is the only thing outside of WoS with a dual-cost card, in case you're looking for natural pairs based on raw features.
