User mods

Does anyone know when user mods will be active and when it is active does anyone have anything in mind already that you want to create?

We are now working on Visual Tuning and Achivements - after that we will focus on other things like user modes - we will slowly add support for mods like : changing posters in garage, adding own tracks, cars, sound etc

well if anyone is making a mod that lets you tune-up cars take em out on the streets of new york city in an MMO setting where we all play on the fictional mechanica-suburb of newy york....i would gladly pay 99 cents for it :)

be real it would the best promotional stunt for dlc (read: not evil pay way to much for nothing dlc) ever... in popularity with custumers i mean.

New tracks and places to drive the cars we've purchased at auction and fixed up would be lots of fun. I also suggest giving us a little more freedom with the guts of cars. For instance, bought a Tempest at the auction, it needed a block. Put in the V8(OHV) block, built it back up and wanted to change the intake to run duel carbs. Bought the intake, but unlike the rims that are optional, I couldn't change the intake... I had to use the standard single carb intake.

Maybe someday I'll be able to drop a v8 into a small car with an inline 4 and custom build a street rod, then take it out to the drag strip and blow the doors of that guys Delray Imperator.

Anyone know of a Mod that allows you to play your own Music (MP3's) during the game (like Euro Truck Simulator 2)

pedro is right in some ways., being able to drop out the contents of the engine bay and swapping it with a new engine, and or do an import tuner thing where you can buy engine mods from the in game store liek you can bumpers/lights ETC. give more leeway in that we can have more in the likes of body mods rather than the basic ones weve already been given and better garages would be an advantage too, like the CMS2014 we could upgrade the garage to a larger one and so on, but with this all we can do is add rooms to it and chage color,

I just play my music in the background in media player

U should make that people can make/download others mods
